Re: Problem with "parental control"
Get your mum to sign into the parental controls, go through the "xbox LIVE controls" there will be some options which regard being able to add and send messages to people with out parental concent.

Remember to ask your mum for permission first though.

Re: Problem with "parental control"
I'm hoping you used a real e-mail address and password. As said before, you'll need to your mum to log into the parental controls. From there she can chnage your settings. She can allow you to downlaod content, sign into messenger, join party's and voice chat, and get friends etc. If you didn't you a real one, you'll have to get HER to ring Xbox Live support, and get them to sort it out from there. Unfortunatly in your rush you've probably made your wait even longer. Maybe a good lesson would be, learn some patience. Lol.

Re: Betreff: Re: Problem with "parental control"

www.passport.net is to validate an e-mail which isn’t a windows live ID to be so and/or to create a Microsoft windows live ID.

May be it's to validate your live ID or your parental e-mail.

Can you remember the exact error message you receive?
