What do you guys/girls think is the funniest thing that has happened to you in oblivion. Mine is when i killed the Bruiants dogs and they didnt even care. Just walked up to them and swung 2 times with my Sword of the crusader and they were killed. The only punishment i got was 40 gold for assault. Guard walks up to me and says "i'll take care of that fine for you" and he walks away.

Or accidentally killing all the pirates, was throwing their bodies into the water when I heard a "what are you doing?" behind me, I turn around to see a guard watching me

I was looting the waterfront, when i reached the pirate ship they started attacking a guard, he pwned them easily, got good loot due to the guard having an accident after

Really? I remember him beating me up at level 24 or so. Then I realized I could get that other guy to help me out.

When I was wandering the Shivering Isles to find the weird Bone Guy from above standing in the middle of the road. Recalling that he was in fact killed by some random beastie months before, I tried to talk to him-- no response. He just stared. And stared. And stared. Finally, I threw a weak fireball at him and he went down. Weird.


But the best is dropping the moose head for the Dark brotherhood or the Who Dunnit quest. At the very end of the Summitmist Manor episode, the Redgaurd turned and went "We... we did it! We got them!" And then I killed him in mid-speech. Mwahahaha.

Ah, yes, the whole dark brotherhood questline was hilarious

I prefer the post-Lachance brotherhood, getting the murderers to follow you is great (reverse-pickpocket some daedric weapons on them, pure pwnage)

The Weyward Knight quest. It was also part of the aid for bruma. You had to find t he counts son who is trapped in the oblivion gate. He said HUZZAH! so many times. It was hilarious.

a whole bandit camp glitched and it was in the sky till i waited and the area reloaded. I was having fun shooting fireballs at it and watching the ppl jump around in the camp, probably one of the wierdest glitches in the game

The Gate Keeper is scaled, he's easy at any level.

You do know that there is a difficulty slider in the options right?

He's easy at any level if you've got the difficulty set at easy/default....

If you find things too easy, try pushing the difficulty up a little bit... still to easy - try a little more...
At hardest difficulty setting just about every fight is an epic struggle.

I like it at about 3/4rs - 4/5ths full... hard but not impossible.

yeah i remember that.. i lmao off aswell.. also in the arena when i was about to fight the grey prince he just stood there and said get it over with i dont deserve to live so i tried to box him and boy did he take alot of punches lmao.. no wonder he was the grand champion..i just finished the game 1000/1000 and now im thinking of getting the shivering isle expansion .. this game is long but not long enough!

A dread zombie chasing me all the way from the dungeon to one of the villages.  It killed a guard and a townsman and nearly killed me so I jumped on the roof of one of the huts and laid low for a while.  That thing was rediculous at the level I was at.  It's health kept regenerating so fast!  I was laughing my quantum singularity when it started owning the people who were trying to save me haha.

EDIT:  Also, two of the bow and arrow guards in the forest were fighting each other.  I imagine that one of them was trying to shoot a bear or something, and it shot the other guard.  They were standing like 50 feet from each other just shooting at one another.

I've seen that happen west of Bruma before. It was so weird because I saw a guard first so I thought 'go loot the levelled bandit target' and there was another guard firing back.

And that quest with the spike trap is Liberation or Apprehension for the mage's guild.

The funniest thing I've done recently was either cast Frenzy upon an area in the Shrine of Dagon Quest, or going into a random house in Chorrol looking to steal and being attacked by a Mythic Dawn Sleeper Spy.
