Hey everybody I do quite a bit of work in broadcasting and I am pretty sure that Major Nelson telling us that Tetris Splish is $5 (400 MS points) is considered FALSE ADVERTISING. And guess what that is ILLEGAL. Now I am smart enough to know that it was just a big mistake on Microsofts part but the mistake was made SEVERAL WEEKS AGO. The xbox team could have at least issued an appology saying they didn't realize it was really $10 (800MS Points) when they said it was $5. But no they didn't do anything, they are ignoreing the fact that they lied to us. I can accept the fact that somebody made a mistake and put Tetris Splash on this list I don't have any problem with that I just dont like the fact that they just are ignoring the fact that they fed us a bunch of spam. I think they either need to make an apology video addressing this or make tetris splash $5.
Earlier I said False Advertising is illegal, well it is. Since I dont think Microsoft is going to do anything about this without a little push from us, I urge everybody to file a complaint to the FTC.
https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/ You dont have to put any personal info. Just explain the video. Thanks all for reading.
And please dont spam me with it was only a mistake, like I said I realize that. I didnt mind this until microsoft started ignoring the fact that they lied to us.

http://research.lawyers.com/glossary/false-advertising.htmlI realize that Major Nelson wasn't knowling lieing to us but I know Microsoft knows about this because I personally know people who have brought it to their attention. I even have a friend who sent Major Nelson a messege Via xbox live. They know what they did and arent doing anything about it.
