same here i had to reformat my hd(grrr) then i started the install it got to like 38 min left and forze so i was like wtf so i tryed to restart it and when it gets to the white screen with ff11 and all the expansions and says to hit any button to start install i will hit a button then a bluebox comes up and says error durring installation install canceling (something along them lines) so i reformated again and now when i get to the install screen i hit a button and that box pops up i have had this game less then a week and its already one of the biggest pain in the @$$ every, i liked the game from what i played and i want to keep playing it but with this going on i say this is a big fail....i mean i had to dlt every thing off my hd becuase the game froze and i couldn't log out properly and it corrupted i mean come on this game is not compatible with the 360 at all they messed up releasing this game for the 360 and i want my money back but that won't happen...i wish i could continue to play it but it won't even install......

	Would it happen to be Error POL-12321 I just got A console back from the Microsoft Repair Centre (noy MY console, a Replacement Console) and I can logon w/ my PS2 but not w/ my 360 "Nothing convinces like proof." - Richard DuBoir

	I'm in the same boat as vampiric warlord I sent my 360 in they sent me a new replacement console back and I get a disk error when I put the disk in tells me to reinstall but I cant because it cant read the disk and I dont want to reformat my hard drive.
