So you can still play online even though not in tournaments or leagues.  I won three ranked matches in a row last night and the leaderboards reflected this (3W, 0L), but yet the "3 ranked win streak" achievement didn't unlock.  Also, a few weeks back my win column said 5W yet I didn't get the "5 ranked wins" achievement.  However, I did get the achievement for winning one ranked game.  This is really weird...
