How will I receive my prize?
If eligible, your prize code will arrive via the email address associated with your gold account. Make sure this is up to date before you play the game.
When will I get my prize?
If eligible, prize codes will arrive via the associated email address within 4-6 weeks of win time.
How many prizes can I win?
There is a limit of 3 prizes per person, per season.
Does my win in the Mob count as 1 prize or two?
Prizes won in the mob (Microsoft Points + Arcade Game) constitute a ‘prize package’ and count as 1 prize towards your per person season limit of 3 prizes.
I won Points and an Arcade game while playing in the Mob but only got one code in my email!
Prize codes for each portion of the ‘Prize Package’ won while playing in the mob are emailed separately. They may arrive separately any time within the 4-6 week window.
I already have the Arcade Game that I won. Can I call support and trade it for points?
