I don't know if anyone else is having this problem, but it happened to me on Tomb Raider: Anniversary and the Anniversary expansion for Legend.  I don't know what causes it, but sometimes when I go to resume my game, it says it's corrupt.  It still lets me continue from wherever I left off, but it doesn't give me credit for completing the levels up to that point.  If I continue to the end of the game after it happens, it just keeps playing the final cinematic when I try to resume.  It won't let me start over from the beginning.  It's really annoying because the only way to complete the game on hard is by deleting the game save and starting over.

If this has happened to anyone else and you found a way around it, please let me know what solution you came up with....
