I am thinking about buying this game as it is $20 new from gamestop. But how hard is it to get 1000 ? If it's hard I may re consider Thanks :D

If you want to get the full 1000 , I would recomend buying CSI-Hard Evidence used from GameStop.  When you buy used, you have a week to return it.  The game only has 5 achieviments for beating its five cases.  It is extreamly easy, and even easier if you use a guid which can be found at www.x360a.com.  Also try "renting" Avatar: the Burning Earth.  In less than 5 minutes I had unlocked every achieviment.  I spent more time online in the store than I did playing.  Hope I helped, good luck.

Oh, sorry, I just looked up unread and didnt see the Mirror's Edge.  Try www.x360a.com.  They have guides that have ratings out of a scale of 10, and will talk you through every achieviment.

Oh ok I checked it and they said 8/10...but they also said re5 was a 6/10 and thats like 4/10 so it could always be not right

It depend on how well you adapt to the game..
It's very different from most. If you buy the DLC it might be a bit easier to get 1000+ in it.
If you follow guides you should be able to get most of the achievements.
The one you could have trouble with if you are starting is the 50 Star rating, or the 90 if you buy the DLC.

If you don't then it's impossible.
If you do then it's not that hard, Youtube is a great help. ;)

It takes a bit of time to get 1,000 Gamerscore  but its not really that hard the Time Trials just make it frustrating.

I did it without the Pure Time Trials DLC it was hard and very frustrating but it gave countless hours of game play.

its pretty easy to get 700+, but it starts getting really hard when you have to do the star ratings on the time trials and getting through the speed runs.
