I don't know if this has been asked yet, if it has, I'm sorry. Do cheat codes disable the achievements or can you use the cheat codes and still earn the achievements? 

I had to use the cheat code on one section and still got the 100% achievement. I don't know if it works for everything.

NO! As of right now the cheats do not disable achievements... and just for reference Infinite Chi - Down, Right, Left, Up, Down Invulnerability - Down, Down, Right, Up, Left 4x Damage Multiplier - Up, Down, Up, Right, Left
