I cannot decide whether to purchase Castlevania : Symphony Of The Night , or Mega Man 9.

I guess what i'm asking is to those of you who play this game what would be your pro's and con's, also if any of you also own Castlevania you would be a great help!!

I loved Super Castlevania IV on  the Snes but the early MegaMan games are just superior.  I finished MegaMan 2 again tonight on my DS.  MegaMan 9 will test your patience but its a beautiful game and well worth the points

Well im a big fan of both series. The first Castlevania was awesome. The megaman series is fun it's jus the demo for mega man 9 was so easy and you get thru it within a couple minutes. You get to concrete man and it stops you can't even fight him. Im basically looking for a game to challenge me and i been hearing concrete man is one of the hardest levels in the game and if thats the case....smh..i might have to step back from this one.

I'm just a huge fan of the Nes MM games.  All the bosses in the game are easy once you figure out their movements.  I really dont know what else to say, but I see you have purchased MM9 now and I hope you are enjoying the game and the amount of replay value the game has, also the soundtrack is as good as any MM game, Closely rivaling MM2.

Since you have now played MM9 how are you enjoyng it?

challenging. i can get to every boss just killing them and finding the order is where i lack the experiance in...it's fun..between this and sotn..lots of fun.

Yeah, being consecutive with MM is hard. Definitely one of the most challenging games I have played.
