This wasn't released in the UK as far as I know.
But according to Play-Asia's (I think) guide it works on PAL. However, it's out of stock.

I don't know where you can get it in England, but I got it at E.B. Gamers here in America. You could check ebay if you can't find it anywhere, and see if you can find it there.
