Seemed like I had the same problem, but trying stage 2 of the same street (which is exactly the same steps) I was able to see where my timing was slightly off... On the summary screen your marvelous/perfects add up to 12 steps, so if you're only seeing 10 and 1 bad you're actually getting the second from last step wrong like I was. Again, I found the second stage easier to clear, and its 12 steps in all. Good luck!
