When I try and play an online ranked match I get an error that says "You are not allowed to play Oline Multiplayer on Xbox LIVE."

Why am I getting this error? I have played online with many other games I own such as Marvel V Capcom 2 and Street Fighter 4... so why can't I play Tetris online???
