Here we go another game that was probably released before it was ready.  You vets here know you rule with the blade.  However there is a full half second delay from pulling RT to cutscene contact.

And they like to do the blood cloud when you're taking damage.  It's nice to see this technique never caught on because it's stupid.  As good a game as Call of Duty 2 is, this is one of it's major flaws.

This is the only dinosaur game in town.  And what a game it could be.  I've also never seen a game with 29 online cheevos that no one is playing.  And I heard the MP is quite good.  I guess it must be because the campaign needs a viagra or a valium I'm not sure.

Guns overheat, run out of ammo, all guns kick up and no improvement benefit or incentive going through the game.  It's like here's a T-Rex good luck.  I'm glad Prey is around, because I would never admit I play Turok to my American Indian friends.

It's really a shame because this game could be so friggin cool.  I think this pisses me off more than FEAR 2 turned out.

But it is the only dino game it town and I love being scared so I guess I'll just have to get used to it.  Just makes me mad.  We spend so much money and we spend so many hours, we deserve more. 

My posts like these aren't to other gamers who love this game, when I get mad like this it's always about THEM.  Corporate clowns (MBA types, Masters of Business Administration) who want to make money and they don't give game designers enough time to design before they release it.

There are people in this country and all they care about is money.  And now, in the 21rst century, it's everywhere.  Even in games...THEM.

Want a good scare from a dino game, pick up Dino Crisis.

online is playable but not really good because the weapons are so unbalanced but the coop levels are quite fun.

I've had this game since release, and I have to say that it is pretty disappointing.
It feels like Quake with dinos.
The futuristic looking weapons, the overall look and feel of the levels.
It just isn't right.

The old Turok had normal weapons, M9's, 12-gauge shotguns, AK-47s, the sort of thing you'd see in this time.
It was also based around some kind of time travel/alternative universe idea.
You, the character, were taken through some sort of portal into a land that was still young and had dinosaurs, dino-humans, primitive cave dwellers and over sized insects and spiders.

If only this game was even half of what the first two Turok games were, it would have been 100% better.
