Mercs 2 kicked a ss. How many of you are looking forward to Mercs 3?

Not looking forward to it at all if it's going to be more of the same like Mercs 2. Mercs PoD was far superior. Us haters have valid complaints thank you very much.

I still have faith in Pandemic. They made very good games in the past. The problem is that now that EA owns them they're being held back. I just hope EA knows that unless they really let Pandemic do thier thing that Mercs 3 will have even worse sales then it did once word got out that it was glitchy.

And for the record, yes, that's 2 I hate EA posts in as many minues.

Perhaps The Sabouter can turn around my extremely negative opinion of Pandemic/EA?

I swear, if they rush and push Bioware in their development of Mass Effect 2, and the game suffers as a result, THEY WILL WISH THEY HADN'T!

I'll be interested in Mercs3 whenever I see a trailer. I saw the first trailer for Mercs2 and it hyped me up the 2-3 years before its release. Then after a good month of playing the game non-stop, I realized what the game lacked in compared to Mercs1. Whenever they shed light on Mercs3, let me know. The only thing I beg of Pandemic is that they don't make Mercs3 a game about revenge because it just didn't really work out in Mercs2...

Exactly what happened to me. After I finished the game I finally realized what a massive letdown it was to PoD. Sure they improved on a few things like more weapons and an expanded shop but they took out a lot of fun features too. It was the little things that mattered in PoD that made it awesome.

If I pick up so much of a hint that it will be like Mercs 2 I'm not buying. They have to make a Playground of Destruction 2 game or else.

I am and after I was so dissapointed with 2(played it on my ps3 if you wanna go look at my played games list and say I never played it)
I will not buy mercs 3 Pandemic will have to do make a big a** improvment over 2 and I might get it.

I'd rather they leave co-op out of the third one than see people bash the whole game because one feature didn't work right. Single player works fine for me.

I rather just have them make a working game made in the spiritual sequel of Playground of Destruction. I want Mercenaries PoD2 not Mercenaries 3. Co-Op would be even better if they didn't have that stupid tether on it.

Like I said earlier, it works just fine for me. I've still got my preordered copy.

But then again I don't play much co-op. From all the complaints I've seen about that one feature, the game as a whole probably would've gotten better reviews without it.

Eh, yeah, now that I think about it, I've had some pretty weird glitches in single-player too. The camera angle messes up on the last QTE / boss fight so all I can see is the chopper spinning and the button prompts, for example. Worked okay the first time I played through, but after that it bugged out pretty much every time.
