You need to ring xbox support and choose xbox live and state that you are unable to download this item and then they will give you a code to download even though its not on the marketplace.

I have downloaded both Heavenly Star and Breeze before but I change a new console and HDD, so i dont have them in my new HDD.

I called them.  They told me that I couldn't download it because they are in a "System update" and to try to download it later, and if I couldn't download it, to call them back.  I'll have to call them back anyways, since it isn't on the marketplace anyways.

This is one reason why I bought Lumines. I thought they would have the song. I got the Tokyo Mix and it wasn't what I expected.

Lumines is one of my favorite games on 360, my favorite arcade game, and my favorite puzzle game of all time BY FAR. I always hoped they would release lumines II and fix the online gameplay and check for new updates, but nothing...then I find out I get shafted with this video.
