Ok this one has been giving people a bit of a hard time. The Faq is misleading as it has it listed after as last one. So here is the guide to help those that are lost.
Once you are in Act 2 towards the end you will get a Cut scene which shows a huge Missle silo and then you gain control.
The first one is located here on the right side of the thick legs that hold the structure.
When you start run straight so you are under the main missle. Start running toward the right and look back as you past each leg. Its on the right side from front facing and you left if running backwards to look. its on the 2nd or 3rd from the start not 100 sure which leg but its on a leg. once you see the box punch it and nothing will happen, beat the robots and use the elevator

level 1 run left and follow all the way till the end where your path is blocked by a destructable bridge just before this a room on the right will open its in there on right in middle

Level 2 Once you get control run right and pass the first room that opens. There will be robots in there now keep going till you get to the second door that opens. Now go int this room and you will need to usebens smash and break the wall down. the box is on the right side. now go back and clear the first room and then call elevator

Go right from elevator to the first door on the left there will be a green force field, fly up and over and shoot the box which is in the top right just to the right behnd fence, then once destroyed the green field stays up leave and run to the next room, beat it and call elevator

TOP LEVEL
Ok now there are again 2 rooms one to the right should be open if you found all the boxes as i listed them and th coin should be right in the front of that room, then run to the next one on the right and then to the end the long hallway and green light elevator and your done.
The key thing to know is this is easy there are ONLY 2 rooms that open per level so one has main objectives and elevators calls and the other has the boxes.
