Ninety-Nine Nights II Announced At TGS
Just like the title says, a sequel has been announced at TGS. I hope it's a better effort than the first one.
I’ve experiments to run.
There is research to be done.

I enjoyed the first game - it wasn't with out some flaws - but it was still really fun.  I can't wait for the sequel.

N3 is a good game, i'm not really into those style of games but I always try a genre once, and I was satisfied with it.  I still have more achievements to go back and get for it, lol.

And to the kid above that said Fuzion Frenzy 1 was bad, GTFO, that game was fun!  Especially when playing with friends, maybe you don't have any? I dunno.  But I won't disagree with FF2, never played it.

All right this makes me happy.  I enjoyed N3 it was just a fun mindless hack and slash.

N3 had some issues, but it was a launch game, so I give it a little slack.  If the sequel is more polished, it could be a really solid title.

N3 is one of those 360 exclusive games that barely gets any recognition like PD0 & Condemned1.

I guess you can consider N3 to be like the PS3's HS, a fun game, but nothing spectacular.

I still own my copy of N3, I enjoyed it and have more achievements to get.  It's the only hack/slash japan style game I own.

I remember playing and loving the demo and since nothing else great was out at the time I picked it up.

I thought N3 was a great game at the time.  It was the first hack and slash game I ever really played.  I just have to wonder what kind of improvements they can make upon a game like this though.

More characters, more environments, more enemies (if that's even possible), a better story?

I don't really recall the story, there isn't very many games that I actually care about the story as long as I have fun playing it.

I was just so amazed about how many enemies were attacking me and then building up a power move was awesome to unleash.

Re: Ninety-Nine Nights II Announced At TGS
I definitely hope it makes it into our hands. The first was simple, yet fun. A few issues I hope are fixed: camera, story(not that I play games like this for the story), more combos, better locations. Nothing major, but while I am talking wishful thinking, maybe a lower price point. I don't buy hack n slash for the overall package, I buy it so I can annihilate  thousands of enemies in just a few moments.

Fusion Franzy 2 was a great party game... you obviously don't have many friends.

And N3 is a quality hack & slash, I can't think of another game that has such a good draw distance on so many enemies on screen at once; and it's got some of the biggest, craziest crowd-clearing moves of just about any game I've ever seen.

N3 - 2 would definately be worth a play.

I'm new to the XBox gaming world and N3 was one of my first game buys. I love it! Not as long of a game to complete as any of the Dynasty Warriors games, but I've had just as much fun playing it. Can't wait for a new one!

I love Inphyy.

N3 is an ace game but if Inphyy isn't in it (more than likely she will be) I will be paying Q entertainment a visit.

Agreed...I thought the first game was a blast.  Sometimes it's fun to just lay waste to 1000's of enemies with just your hands :)

I loved the combos in this game, in Dynasty Warriors the combos felt and looked weak.

I really like the 360 Microsoft, I really do. But can you give me a machine that lasts longer than a year?

True that would be nice.

Only characters I think have a low chance of returning are Myifree and Vigkvagk. (sp?)

Myifree because of age and Vigkvagk because of his ending (SPOILERS) it looks like he dies at the end of his story.

I have to agree with you. It could have been better, But I enjoyed this game very much. I hope that the new one mentioned on this forum has a larger cast of characters though.

Thats the going rate for games now, so ya, probably. First party games were $50 for only like the first year the Xbox360 was out.
