Phoenix (Jean Grey) and Gambit are not DLC, they are unlockable through gameplay (Gambit) or by collecting items (M'Kraan crystal shards for Jean). Juggernaut is the only downloadable right now.
Punisher can't be used because someone else already beat them to the licensing rights to use him for another game. And as of right now, Psylocke is a Wii exclusive...though that may change
The developers thought about making 2 able to read your hard drive to see if you had an MUA 1 save, but decided against it.
