April Fools!! Ahahaha. Bro, they test your unit to make sure of the exact error it is getting. So unfortunately saying it has the RRoD will not get it repaired for free. They will not even call you back, you will have to check your e-mail to find that your unit is just sitting in limbo, then BAM, at your door will be lying your same 360 you sent in, unfixed. This is posted here in the forums by a Mod, and the Customer Service team will tell you the same thing. It is unfortunate but unless you call in and let them charge you, you will be waiting to receive your exact broken unit.
