Assassin's Creed is released by Ubisoft and as such MS has no control over their publishing policies.

Ubisoft has indicated that they would be releasing it in Dec but I don't know if we should trust that deadline, but if you want it earlier then I'd suggest that you order it online from any international website (I've myself got it form DVDcrave.com). Though there are multiple good games which can tide you over till its released in India.

About COD 4 , i was told there might be a slight delay and by monday i may get COD 4 for Xbox 360 too :)

Assasins creed....Pls ask Ubisoft, We do not know whether the game is coming to India or not, apparently they are in talks with a Mumbai based company called E-Express to distribute Assasins creed in India in very very limited numbers, I would be surprised if it made it beyond Mumbai. As a disclaimer let me reiterate that this is all based on hearsay and I cannot confirm anything with respect to Assasins creed.

Thanks for the info , UBISOFT 'S P.C games all release in india thankfully so i might get the P.C version when it releases here or i might try the Xbox 360 version  through international online shops later perhaps .

Will "F.E.A.R Files" be coming to India anytime soon?

Also, can you tell us when XBLA titles "Arkadian Warriors" and "Puzzle Quest: Challanges of the Warlords" be available in Indian Marketplace? I've tried demos of all above and would def. want to buy those games.
