I am having a hard time getting this.  Every time I do it I get #2.  I don't even sim and it take forever.  Does anyone have any tips for me on how to get this.  Thanks.

Thanks for the guide.  I have worked on this for a while and still cant seem to get it.  I get like 6 or 7 5 stars but never get #1.  I guess I need to change things up and approach it from a different direction.

i know for 09 they had the same Mr Feb cheavo, i followed the guide from that website and got it...

good luck, havent started working on that one yet, finishing up my first year in dynasty and will see what happens....
