or do you mean that you bought it as used and when you got home and opened the case it was full of some trash and the game disc wasn't there?

Maybe he obtained the game in a waste receptacle. Why is the game "trash?"  I believe it is one of the best games ever made, Halo 2 is far superior to Halo 3.
