Hello all, I was just discussing the topic of Crackdown 2 with my party on Xbox, and one of my friends said that Crackdown sucks, and he will not be getting the sequel.  My party and I were surprised and agreed that Crackdown is still one of the best xbox exclusive games out for the console.  He continued to dare me to find ten people that still play the game.  So, does anyone still play the game?  I know I do occasionally.

i had this game before and i think the other guy is telling the truth  this game is not fun for me thats what i think

Most people bought it for the Halo 3 beta code.

Still a decent enough game but I doubt many people play it anymore.

Im a *** crackdown fanatic.
Although I do like to play Halo 3 as well.
Crackdown wins for me though.But thats just tehe type of gamer I am.I love free roams, shooters, chill scenerys, cars, sand box gameplay, and big quantum singularity explosions.
And this game does it for me completely cause it combines em all.
I dont know if your friend is one of those halo dousche bags that like to burn on crackdown cause hes a halo fanatic.
But obviously hes just not for crackdown.Going as far to say it sucks is extreme though.You dont see us *** at him about getting no scoped or spawn killed.We stay peaceful and enjoy this great game.

Now thats my and about 1000-1500 opinions from this website alone, not to mention the two to three hundred thousand some-odd gamers that still play this game but dont get on the forums.And Im pretty sure that everytime I see a guy say this game sucks, and then let him play it he loves it.Its that kind of game that makes you think it sucks but the gamers absolutely love it.
In the year I've been on these forums I've NEVER seen a guy say he didnt like this game.Unless he hasnt tried it ofcourse.

I still play this game.Its the greatest free roam I've ever had the pleasure of playing, beating, playing again, and getting my quantum singularity kicked on phsychotic.

And Im positive that there are atleast 10 more people that will agree with me.Dont try to be funny guys.This is a serious moment.

You'll pretty much find Crackdown in my top 5 currently played games list at all times! Who doesn't like Mario 64 with guns!

I've finished it once, sold it when GTA came out, realised that GTA was pants and bought Crackdown again!

I'm currently trying to collect all 500 orbs without help from maps etc....just 20 to go!!!

And I usually get 2 or 3 co-op requests whilst I'm playing! The peeps are still about!

Hey, thanks, and good luck with the orbs.  I had to resort to a guide to finish my last 2 hidden orbs, but the rest was all me running around.  Can't wait for Crackdown 2!

I still play on and off but I will admit one of the best games I have ever played, a true classic that can stand the test of time.

I originally bought it for the Halo beta but ended up loving the game. I've recently been going through older games I never finished and Crackdown is on my list to play again. This game is pure fun. I still get a bit nauseated jumping all the way to the top of the ferris wheel. NO other game has done that to me.

Had a dream last night that I found my final missing orbs.... woke up with a sense of euforia for a second or two and then was brought back down to earth with a bump!

Re: the hights of Crackdown......... This game turns me into James Stewart on occasions! I actually go dizzy when I am climbing up the agency tower and my palms get sweaty. I really feel that fear of falling. Most of the time I get half way up and start wishing for checkpoints or save game points in the game!!!!

If anyone wants to do any co-op bits (or throw me in a car through the stunt markers) hit me up as I've only done the solo stuff!!

yup i still play i have bought the game 2 times now my old one just got fubar-ed but im gonna add some of you guys cuz i have been lookin for a tag match up so expect to get a fr from me

Put me on the list, loved it ages ago, got back into it recently, and am now trying to power through the few remaining achievements. Just took care of the last dozen agility orbs I couldn't find using a guide, and grinded through psychotic yesterday.

I played it alot before but now I dont play it so often, the main reason is that I've seen and done everything.

I've gotten back into it, for once I'm GLAD I accidentally deleted my save. It's more fun to level up than sit around with full stats.

To each his own, and this game is definetely not for everybody. This game will always be a guilty pleasure for me, though, and I can't get enough of it. There are those games that you beat, then put down and never touch again. And then there are those games that you beat, put down, beat again, put down again, and then pick up every time you get tired of the new $60 dollar games that you continuously buy and put down immediately upon completion. There is no fun like mindless fun, and when I'm feeling bored no game breaks up the monotony like Crackdown. It always makes me smirk when people are talking about their favorite games and the room is full of "Halo"s, "Call of Duty"s, "Gears", and "L4D"s, and I come in with "Crackdown" to total silence, confused looks, and a couple of "wtf is Crackdown"s? It's the only exclusive that makes me truly proud to own a 360. That's just my 2cents, though.

Sounds like you need to get a new friend...

I personally love this game.  I'm always willing to play it again with anyone despite finishing all the gangs and having all of the achievements.

I just started playing it a month ago.  I had played it on a friends when it came out and enjoyed it then, and still do now.  Just differnt taste, my roomate didn't like it.  Looking forward to the 2 when it drops.
