Account Recovery and invalid Windows Live IDs
IMPORTANT NOTICE:  If you receive a prompt telling you that your Windows Live ID is not valid when attempting to sign into Xbox LIVE, it is extremely important that you DO NOT delete your Xbox LIVE profile from your console or attempt to recover your LIVE profile until you have successfully updated your Windows Live ID.  Doing so may cause your Xbox LIVE profile to become irreversibly damaged and unusable.
