HOW can xbox make the claim that THE TRUE SKILL RANK SYSTEM IS TRUE???
there are over 100 people(MOST DON'T EVEN HAVE ACHIEVEMNTS) WITH A TRUE SKILL OF 50 DOWN TO 30..
IS something gonna be done about N O T;because they got their money and who cares about costumer satifaction or fairest as long as people are paying for it and they put the NO REFUNDS FOR THIS ITEM(EVEN IF IT'S JACKED UP) 
And 60% or more is the same person

i see 150+ peeps looked at this post;my guess is that it must have been peeps WHO ARE CHEATING TO BOOST THIER RANK IN THIS GAME,CAN'T SEE ANYOTHER REASON 4 PEEPS NOT TO BE HEARD.
it's been about a month now that i know of that TRUE RANK is/was aware of this issue.
the peeps doing it are trading(to another player on a different xbox360) a boosted account for a fresh account which isn't just cheating the TRUE RANK system but breaking xbox's C O C rules on selling,trading accounts to other parties...
So if these peeps can break C O C and clearly are getting away with it,why are others getting slapped down for breaking C O C for using hate speach,cursing etc etc..
i guess selling ur account is ok by the looks of it.

IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH A RANK OF 28 OR HIGHER AND ONLY HAVE 0 OR 2 ACHIEVEMENTS!!!!!!!!!!!!

I play and win a lot and still not past a 21....I been playing over a year now and never against anyone over a 25 yet. I was told if you play like a LV 40 or higher and they back or something that will boost you pretty high. So they never actually have to ever play to get those high ranks.

well i'm a 26 twice now.first time i just played anyone and dropped to a 15 took almost a yr. to get it back..you need to play peeps at ur rank or higher to move up.if ur playing a booster (30 or higher with no achievements or 1 or 2)you barly get anything cuz they don't really have that rank
