I ended up jumping in the pool after i turned the statues the first time now i cant turn them to get the other clue of the gold.  Do I have to start the game over just to redo croft manor?  Also i have 2 saves and do all the rewards combine together since i got the achievements for all the rewards.  Any help would be great

You should be able to turn them even if you jumped in the pool. Will they turn at all?
