After the sniping from the "danger hazardous chemicals" tower, I watched a vid on youtube and it shows the fence by the flare blowing up allowing you to continue the game...the fence won't blow up. Holiday doesn't blow it up and nothing happens. I've ran all over the place and can't get it to work...what do I need to do?
