Hello, recently I've been really addicted to C&C: Kane's Wrath and I just finished the game and wanted to move onto this. I've heard some good things about it, but how does it compare to C&C? Are the controls similar? Same type of gameplay unchanged?

This game is fun it's just that it has some severe technical issues. If you can get past them it is really fun. I've never played kanes wraith but i have played tiberium wars and I would rather play supreme commander any day. I honestly don't rember the contols of C&C but the one great thing of supreme commander is the strategic zoom which lets you zoom all the way out of the map. And one more thing, it takes a considerable amount of time to get a match on supreme commander but if your patient you'll get a match.

I would not really compare the two.  Sup Com can be played at the Strategic and Tactical levels and has much more in-depth mission development.  You also have many more options as to what types of assaults you can throw upon your enemies. 

Command and Conquer series have always been fun, but I will take Sup Com any day over it.  I just like that it is much more immersive.

I was interested when I heard about this game, but chose to stick with the CnC ports after I learned about the major technical problems this game had. The CnC's are the only RTS ports that don't seem to have such issues, although I held off buying KW for a year until I heard the multiplayer servers were fixed. EA took a long time to straighten that out. Hopefully we'll get to see some more PC quality RTS's instead of RTSs for Dummies like Halo Wars.
