didn't they have the ps2 eye toy thing compatible with a few DDR games? i've never actually tried it myself.. maybe i'm just crazy i imagine they could have us dance instead of the avatar, but as i've been told i look like a flightless bird set on fire trying to fly away when i play XD not my words.. honestly wouldn't want to watch myself look stupid lol

I've been thinking about this a lot too.  I think my conclusion is that I like DDR just the way it is.  In theory natal could eliminate the need for a mat, but personally i doubt natal will be accurate enough to pull that off.  It'll be interesting to see what they do.

I imagine hitting the arrows instead of stepping on them could be an option. The Natal project seems cool, but I don't really know too much about it.
