for some reason I can not wear any jedi robes nor can i use any light sabers???

Did i not do something right or do something wrong is this why i cant use the robes or the sabers?

Odd... have you constructed your own lightsaber already?

yeah ive constructed it done the missions on danotine and im now on korriban and still can not use anything jedi related.

Odd indeed. All I can think of is to go back to a previous save before the jedi trials and do them all over. Maybe your current game save is some how corrupted :/

yeah im quite baffled by this its very odd never had it happen before. kinda shocked no one else has ever had this happen to them before.

Check your feats menu and see if you have the Jedi feats like basic lightsaber combat and whatnot. They should have been given to you automatically, but maybe something happened thant damaged your game file. This is really strange, I've never heard of this happening before.
