Greetings Xboxer,
Whether you're a newcomer to XBOX Live or just want to play with a friendly face we're here to help you out.
We all applied for the position as Ambassador because we know how intimidating it can be making your first steps into:
- Getting shot at...
- Spanking the ball past your biggest rival's 'keeper...
- Sniping some old bloke on Call of Duty...
- Swinging that Bugatti Veyron into a fellow racer's path...
Or any other thing that can be done on LIVE.
We're all volunteers and don't work for Microsoft or XBOX, we're gamers with patience who want you to get the most entertainment and fun from your 360.
We're not pro gamers either, some of us are downright useless so don't be worried that you'll be demolished be us.
We try to organise "Game with the Ambassadors" nights as often as we can. Where we get a big group together to take us on at the biggest game of the moment, so keep an eye for the post on the Forums ( there may be demolishing’s on these nights though)
Please check out the below list and have a look for someone who seems to be your kind of gamer. Be it they play the games you're into or whether they just seem like your kind of person ( check their Bio,it'll give you some idea).
We all try to keep a few spaces on our friends list so we can accept your requests. Alas we only have 100 spaces which can be a little awkward when it comes to receiving 100's of requests, so try to bare with us around busy times like Christmas and big game releases as we get an awful lot of newcomers at these times.
You may recognise some of these guys and girls from the UK forums, so you can stalk us here for a while if you like before sending a friends request. Also keep an eye out for folks displaying the "wreath" icon, like the one seen on my gamercard to the left.
These indicate active ambassadors roaming the forums, feel free to shoot us PM's if you have any Xbox related questions.
