Just curious if anyone knows how the ranking system actually works. I have played a fair number of games and I was looking at the ranking for a particular game type...The player in the next spot up from me has played 402 games more than I have but has won 98 games less.

It would seem to me with a better win/loss ratio than this person, I should be ahead of them. So, is it a certain percentage of wins/games played ratio, how many balls you sink, how many fouls? Does anybody know?

I'm not too sure how the ranking system works for this game. But I do know that the leaderboards get reset an awful lot. Perhaps it could be something to do with that?

It`s the exact same complex mathematical formula for all Trueskill leaderboards, I won`t go into too much detail but it`s basically this:- if you beat the number 1 in the world you will rise up the leaderboard fast, and if you lose to someone way below you you will drop quite fast. If you get beat by someone much higher than you, your position is not greatly affected, and if you beat someone far below you, ditto.

All in all, it depends who you beat and who you lose to that says where you are on the leaderboard. your stat is worked out after every game

u know how it gives u trueskill ranking for live games why doesnt it show u how many u have won/lost and show other people's win/loss ratio i cant see it ?
