Re: Did anybody actually bought this game?
I just bought it yesterday at Best Buy for $10.

I really liked the demo. It reminded me of 90's FPS's like Lethal Tender and the the first MOH. Very nostalgic.

The whole intro of fleeing to the street level while the Nazi's bombed the city around you was a great little piece albeit short. Being picked up as a "civilian solider" was cool too.

I would have liked it if the game stayed more "lone wolf" or small squad guerrilla style ala Red Dawn rather than take the official military offense turn it did.

I like alternate history fiction.

I bought it when it first came out. Not the greatest game in the world but not as horrible as everyone on here says either.

I too am a fan of alternative history and this is a great idea IMO. Too bad the gameplay was mediocre and the story horrible but at least I didn't have any of the technical problems I hear people say.

Me too.

So far, $10 seems a good deal for this game.

Does anyone play on-line? How is it?

Let me know if you ever want to play on-line... I keep look for games and never find any. When I host, no one comes. I'm not sure how many achievements two people can get, but it might be worth a try.

When my fist clenches, cracking open

Before I use it and lose my cool

When I smile, tell me some bad news

Before I laugh and act like a fool

If I swallow anything evil

Put your finger down my throat

If I shiver, please give me a blanket

Keep me warm, let me wear your coat

No one knows what it's like

To be the bad man

To be the sad man

Behind blue eyes

Re: Did anybody actually bought this game?
i picked up a Collectors Edition used at my local EB Games for $15, and whoever turned it in left all the fancy collectors stuff with it(Steelbook styled case) such as a Poster and an art book, plus the making of DVD and Soundtrack, so i got my moneys worth on just the extra stuff that was traded in

I got it for about that much, too. I agree, it's worth it. Nobody's online, but the campaign is fun enough.

The most fun I had with this game was posting a Who video in the forum for it.

No, really. Look up. ^
