i started a season with my guy being a center and im still playing this season. now if i wanted to try a different position with my be a pro character would i have to start a new season and delete this one or can i run multiple seasons with the same player at different positions and would all games count toward progress overall(not in season but performance tracker) even if they were different positions?

Yes, you can have multiple seasons (BAP game saves) running at the same time and each game will count on the Performance Tracker... Example - One save you have played 10 games as a center, and on another save you have played 8 as a winger, your PT will show 18 games played...
