Most of us know what the ship of the line is right? Well, its the best ship in the game and i want to know how to get it. Any help is appreciated.

I've spent many hours looking for this ship myself.. no luck... what i have noticed every now and then is you will see 'New *******' whatever faction the ship is from... my thinking is later in years as you approach the end of your time this may come out.. ive not tested this yet as im working on other quests.. i'll keep my eyes open and post if and when i find 1..
