In Empire mode, how can I move an officer from one area to another?  If I invade a territory surrounded by other territories I already have control of, then the officers I used to invade are stuck in that area and I can't use them for anything.  Or I'll have 6 officers in one area and zero is 2 others and can't figure out how to move them around and be able to dispense them evenly among my areas.  Probably a newb question but I figured someone could help!

When your at the planning stage (before combat) go to the info (EDIT:) or station screen to switch officers around. You have to do this before battle though
