I just got done playing a game and for some reason I lost on time when I should draw on time. I had 10 seconds left and he had 2 mins. I took all his pawns and he took all but one of mine. I ran out of time, but in rule books under uscf I cant lose on time if the other player dosent have material. Is their any way to report this and get my result changed?
