the grafics are amazing, it makes you feel scared and involves you in the game, and makes you rheart beat faster and faster

It is a little easy, and it is also a little short (not through it yet, but about halfway there after only about 4-5 hours). And some of the parts of the ground/surroundings aren't very detailed, but parts of the game are pretty good - graphics wise - like the parts where King Kong is fighting V-Rexes and stuff. When he goes into a fury, and hits the dinosaurs while it goes into slow-motion for a split second is very cool.

I can understand why some would not like this game though b/c it does lack a lot of other things that good games provide. I enjoy it, but I couldn't see myself playing this over and over. One time is quite enough, and had I paid $60 for it, I'd be dissapointed having spent that much. I got it for $15 so I'm happy with my purchase.

I'm actually enjoy enjoying it.

I'm 60% through after one afternoon.....

I'm playing it on a 100" wide projection screen though with a quality home theatre system, and I don't mind that it's based off the music/cinematic in style....

I actually rather enjoy it.  And so far the levels are not repetitive as everyone said.  I think the level design is rather fantastic actually, and enjoy the quality art/design.

The first scene where you are chasing Kong and Carl gets abducted by the flying Raptor.  That is really cool scenery and I was duly impressed!

To each his own - personally I enjoyed it!

It sure was a great game when I played it, Sure its a short game, But aren't all movie based games, I mean, They can't really go any further than when the movie ends now can they, Oh yes, And it was Intense, especially when those Creepy crawlies jump out at you and your heart rate increases, They scared the crap outta me.

I'm finding it to be one of the hardest games on the 360 - it's so damn boring and frustrating. I'll probably never reach the end - I have better things to do!!! Only my opinion though, and you can't beat £8 for a full game.

It wasn't terrible, but it was far from a great game.

I enjoyed it.

 

Not the best game ever, but a good rent to say the least.

I must admit that so far I'm enjoying it.  Only had one hicup so far so not had lots of glitches, In fact I've experienced far more in other games.  I think the level design is good and I like the  no HUD setup.  It's easy to progress quickly but all in all I think it's a good game

it was so annoyin i hated this game, i dont know wth 7 magazines on back up means, the levels were messed up, just boring, hours and hours of game play wasted

I wasn't a huge fan of the game (though I thought one run-through was fun enough), but your complaints are more of newbie issues than problems with the game. Don't know what "7 magazines on backup" means? Can't find your way around levels? Come on, the levels were so restrictive that you could just push forward on the controller and you're going the right way. Instead, complain that the game was so linear it didn't feel like a game. Complain that the levels were too repetitive. But not knowing that "7 mags on backup" means that you have 7 reloads left? Seriously. That's either a lack of translation (Taiwan?)- which would make ANY game confusing- or a serious lack of FPS playing.

i really enjoyed the game aswell, yes it was easy, but i found this a good brake from playing your average game, as there is no thinking involved at all.

it even made me jump in places

i hate king kong. i mean im still working on the achievements.

it isn't terrible but it is horribly unbalanced in terms of difficulty.  You'll go for three or four chapters where you can practically play with your eyes shut, and then the next level will make you play through 20 times before you find the one spot that you always missed because the stick you need isn't visible enough due to the bizarre bit mapping used in the jungle scenes. 
Playing as Kong the game is simply beautiful.  However, it seems that the same graphics were used for the human areas which enlarges all of the textures, etc...

Really what you're looking at is an xbox game on the 360.  It isn't bad, but it sure isn't great.

The sound is fantastic, no argument there.

I like it. I might pick it up again soon because it's so cheap.
