Jordan Weisman co-founder of FASA started a company Smith & Tinker 2 years ago (we kinda knew this) and reaquired the rights to MechWarrior from Microsoft.
they are teaming with Piranaha Games using the Unreal 3 engine and looking for a publisher.  Let's hope they get one soon.

God please come to the 360, I want to blow *** up again with a 40 foot tall walking tank, especially when I can tweak and customize it's weapons and abilities. Too bad the game is kinda in limbo because of that legal battle.
