I'm in the middle of this case, in your eyes. I'm looking at a walkthrough for it and all the walkthroughs I have read say that there is a garbage can at the driveway location. I don't see a garbage can anywhere, only the dumpster. It says I need to take a video tape out of the garbage can.

I think you'll only find the garbage can on a later visit, after you've linked the tire marks to that indian guy's chrysler

Throughout the entire game and cases, you will discover, that you will have to revisit the crime scene over and over to get different evidence. The garbage cans arent there until later. you do have to match the tire marks to get the make and model of the vehicle that was there, and the parts of the busted tail light by the dumpster. After you get the tape you can play it, and will make more sense.

If you are having trouble with this one, you need to visit the morgue one more time AFTER you compare the poker with the Dr's DNA samples.. then the garbage cans will appear with the tape.. and so on... good luck.
