The Mass Effect avatar stuff was just updated today and along with it came the Garus Eye Piece. Its not technically a scouter but it could pass for one.  Its 80 points if anyones interested.

Nice find man! Oh i heard a rumor that in DBZ RB when you beat the top 100 thingy, you get Saiyan Armor for your XBL avatar,which includes shoulder pads,scouter and tail,i also heard MS might put some DBZ clothing up on market place. I hope they got SS hair.
