Question on health and picking up weapons.

	Sorry, but I rented this game and of course, there were no instructions. How do you regenerate health? Are there things to find to increase it? Also, I killed some soldiers, but unsure what button to push to pick up the weapons. I looked online, but could not find the answers. Thanks for the help.

	i rented this game last night, i figured out how to pick up there ammo, but dunno how to get health, besides dieing and getting a full health bar

	Health regenerates...after getting hit, hide from the enemy a bit and health bar fills back up.
