hey people and rockstar games, you all have done very well from making this game to downloadable content and the patches. I really do like the police packs that you guys just released. that was really cool. you guys rock because you guys have legacies of racing games like this, but I have a question for you guys: when will you make it the best game? you guys make it better, but to be honest you know the competition of the turn 10 company(forza creators), gran turismo makers, and many other independent companies will run you down if you dont better yourself quickly over time. I appreciate and respect the work you guys have put in for this game but better it, add more city space for free of charge in the game, put more downloadable cars and suv's in there, and also, add things that people suggest, thats how you rack in money and customers.

forza and gt are completely different ... you dont want to have rockstar start to compete with them or you end up with crappy games like the last 4 nfs games ... let rockstar stick with what they do right ... arcade racers

Thanks for your letter, it's always awesome to hear from fans who enjoy my games.

For years now we've been okay with not making the best racing game. We've thought about it, but always figured that by making "pretty good" games as opposed to "the best" games, we'd be doing the community a big favour by giving them the option to play a game that, while enjoyable, is still flawed to the point that it gives them the ability to go online and complain, which we feel creates a great social atmosphere.

But with time we've thought about about change and oddly enough we just finialzed plans to make the best racing game. It'll be out in Spring of 2010, and it will be called "Late Night Racers: Best Racing".

I hope you'll enjoy the new game, but I guess I don't really need to hope, since it will be the best.

Well, I better get back to finishing up the new DLC for Grand Theft Vehicles IV. I have to put it up in the market place in a few hours!
