Unless you cheat it will take you several months to get points enough to get up that far,
If you want more points every game play death match, it is easy for new people and its an all out war so you will make lots of points and go up rank...

If you look at someone's gamestats, the match lasted less than a minute & THE OPPONENT HAS A STRIKINGLY SIMILAR NAME, they've boosted. Other cheap tactics include covie leader rushing (especially the prophet), spartank rushing, glitching reactors to make more output, & supply giving.

I would love to see someone attack with Canister Spartanks before the 2:45 mark. And how is leader rushing and supply giving cheap? Someone taking advantage of their faction/leader isn't cheap, it's playing the game

What I don't like about HW is that there's no definitive way to show skill at this game. It's between rank, trueskill, & W/L ratio. Leader rushing gets you more wins but no rank. Getting 13 grizzlies with 3 laz0r spartans gets you points if you win but if you get attacked first you may be screwed. You can't say any of the 3 is the universal bragging right holder.
