i played through the game as a soldier and was wondering if its possible to get those Achievements by just using your team mates powers or do i have to start a new game with a new character ?

Your teammates powers do not count towards the achievement. You must do it with a Shepard that has those skills.

Nope, even if you are manually selecting their your allies tech/biotic skills you won't get the achievement. They must be done by your character directly. Some of the achievements can be attained by simply casting them over and over again (ie. dampening), where as others such as AI hacking must be performed on enemies.

Unfortunately not, the Sentinel class can only learn about half of the biotic and tech talents (listed below).

Sentinel Talents

- Throw
- Lift
- Barrier
- Stasis
- Description (Sabotage)
- Electronics (Overload)
- First Aid
- Medicine (Neural Shock)
