It would be nice if the achievement lists would tell if it is. So is it?

Yes, they are.  Nobody plays online anymore, so good luck trying to get them.  I need them as well and have been checking at random times during the day and night and i am lucky if there is 1 other person on.

what are you talking about? i can always get a game online, maybe you use ranked matches, im not sure how many people play them but unranked always has a few games on.
