Getting 100% stealth. Is it possible?
Anyone? Tips?

I find it extremely hard to get 100% stealth, even on easy. That is right on easy!

There seems to be so many inconsistent reasons for why the discover me and the bright setting makes it almost impossible to sneak anywhere without being seen. I spend a crap load of time trying to find a path through.

I know what you mean, but it is possible. As you can see, I have it.

It's easyer if you try and get it on the first level whne your in the JBH HQ. becasue there are places you are ment to be and if you stay in them, that still counts are 100% Steath.

Yeah, I got the 100% stealth achievement which was fairly hard. It was hard because of inconsistencies of how sensitive the guards are. In a particular portion of the game, the guards were all super sensitive all of a sudden to any noise.

However, I meant in general. It seems I try to get 100% on every level and so far is on mission 5 I think. I gotten a 96% and the remaining is 100%. I'm starting to get the hang of the game, but really think the game needs a tutorial for the newbs like me to this game and genre.

Sorry, I should clarify. I meant a good tutorial that takes into account people that are completely new to the genre and game. The tutorial in place only places you in a small sandboxed environment and tells you very little of the game mechanic.

To someone new like me, it was useful, but hardly comprehensive.

I do appreciate your help though as this part of the forum looks almost dead!

Ah, I see what you mean. Double Agent assumes that you play played the previous three Splinter Cell titles, as I have. You should try and get them. Splinter Cell, Splinter Cell Pandora Tomorrow and Splinter Cell Chaos Thoery. I have them for the PS2 but I'm sure they are also avalible on the Origonal XBox. They explain what's happned up to Double Agent.

I own the original Splinter Cell for the Xbox, but never played it beyond a 2 minute stint in the beginning. Don't know if I will go back though, but looking forward to SC:Conviction.
