OK, I don't know if this has been covered before, but I need some help.

I have one last race to get my elite racer achievment. Its against agency racecars on a small los Muetos map.

heres the question. on one of the restarts of the race i spawned outside of my car(on top of it in fact) all the cars engines were blaring, but they weren't moving. I happily blew them all up and then jumped in my car to finish.

then I found out why they weren't moving all the cars tires weren't in contact with the ground. including my own. and I couldnt get out of the car again to just do the race on foot.

i was wondering if anyone knew how to replicate this glitch. I think all I did was push the jump button as soon as the map loaded.
