Looks like the PS3 version of Vesperia might have a good chance of being released outside of Japan.

Also... loads of new costumes. Even Repede's got a few.

If the new content can justify a $60 price tag for those, like myself, who already have the Xbox 360 version then I just might look into it. The main pull for me would be the amount of content they add to the story. I'm talking about extra missions, scenes, etc. I'll have to keep an eye on this one. But I'm not getting my hopes up. That article was published back in July.

Still no news on a set release date though, I went too the official tales namco fourms and found some info

Not always as a voice actor.
Sandy Fox usually gets cast as lolicons (or in some cases, cutesy looking character). I mean, her high pitched voice makes her perfect for lolicons. Her roles include:
Mireille (.//hack), Maho (Onegai Teacher), Sumomo (Chobits), Marie (Hare+Guu)
Tales fans know her as the voice of Mieu in Tales of the Abyss.

As for Monica Rial. She didn't voice as many lolis as Fox, but she's got a few memorable ones like: Hazuki (Moonphase), Lumiere (Kiddy Grade), and Amy (Case Closed).

Maybe another voice actress I should bring up is Laura Bailey. Who voiced Marta Lualdi in Tales of Symphonia 2 and Kuro in Kurokami.

If anyone, I'd have to side with you on Sandy Fox. It'd just be nice to hear a sample clip of her playing the part because I just can't picture Patty Fleur with Sumomo's voice.

Dude, the roles I listed for Sandy Fox pretty much have the same voice.

And as for voice samples... Here's one.
Go in about 25 seconds in, you'll hear the voice of Sandy Fox. Seriously, you can never forget a voice like Sandy Fox.

I think you misunderstood what I said. When I said that I couldn't picture that voice being projected through Patty, I meant that I didn't want to. It didn't mold well with me. That being said, that clip has convinced me that she could actually pull it off if she was to play the role.

Yeah, I thought that's what you meant, wasn't really sure when I read it at first.
After reading over and over to make sure... When you said you couldn't imagine Patty with Sumomo's voice. I thought: 'But don't all the characters Ms. Fox voiced sound the same?', I listed those roles because of that voice (granted that I haven't seen every anime or show she's been in).

After giving this some more thought. Monica Rial's loli voicing seemed more suitable for slightly older lolicons [of the spoiled brat kind].

Namco has always recycled there games look at Tales Of Phantasia this game is good yes but is there any need for

SNES>PSX>GBA>O *** I went on wiki and found that they did a PSP release as well -_-'

its just that the new consoles have DLC and having different down loadable content is a very asshat thing too do as seen with this game instead of making it look like recycled crap you go and back stab the previous release too make it look like a crappy expensive beta tested version .  Too bad Vesperia wasn't crap though no one would of cared ....

If true & has the extra stuff mentioned (Pirate Girl & a few others) I'll definitely get it again for the PS3.  I'd hold out if it had the same content for the 360 as a download.

PS3 owners are pretty lucky ..... i think namco somewhat favour ps3 over 360 .... since they seem to be giving them the superior versions of their games ( even though 360 owners usual get the original at least a year before )

The same thing happened with eternal sonata ...... these got extras too ....

But the ammount of new stuff in tales of vesperia on ps3 is mouth watering to me .... especially being fully voiced and lots of new scenes, moves and characters/bosses

Why didn't I think of this? They should bundle the movie with the game when they release it. I mean, while all the voice actors are in the studio, you might as well right?
